TERMS AND CONDITIONS
GGM Haat is an application which provides an online marketplace where registered suppliers can offer to sell their products to registered users, including resellers and other users.
The Application and the website at www.ggmhaat.com ("Website") are operated by Gladguru Marketing Pvt. Ltd. (Mother company).
The company’s role is limited to managing the application and associated marketing, facilitating payment collections, fulfilment, order management, and other enquiries management to enable transactions between the suppliers and the reseller.
USER ACCOUNT, PASSWORD, AND SECURITY:
User Accounts, Passwords, and Security: If you use the platform, you are responsible for keeping display your name and password confidential, and you are responsible for all activities that occur under your display name and password. You agree that if you provide any information that is false, inaccurate, out of date, or incomplete, we have the right to suspend, terminate, or block access to your membership on the platform indefinitely.
You agree to
a. GGM Haat will immediately notify you of any unauthorized use or breach of your password and account.
b. Ensure that you exit from your account at the end of each session.
TRANSACTION AND COMMUNICATION
The users utilize it to meet and interact with one another for their transactions on the platform. GGM Haat is not and cannot be a party to or control any transaction involving GGM Haat's users. Henceforth,
All commercial/contractual terms are offered by and agreed to between buyers and sellers alone. The commercial/contractual terms include, without limitation, price; shipping costs; payment methods; payment terms; date, period, and mode of delivery; warranties related to products and services; and after-sales services related to products and services.
GGM Haat makes no representation or warranty regarding the specifics (such as quality, value, salability, and so on) of the products or services proposed to be sold, offered to be sold, or purchased on the platform.
GGM Haat is not responsible for any non-performance or breach of any contract entered into between buyers and sellers. GGM Haat cannot and does not guarantee that the concerned buyers and/or sellers will perform any transaction concluded on the platform.
GGM Haat shall have no right, title, or interest in the products at any time, nor shall GGM Haat be liable for any obligations or liabilities arising from any contract entered into between buyers and sellers.
Pricing on any product(s) displayed on the platform may be incorrectly reflected due to a technical issue, typographical error, or product information published by the seller, in which case the seller may cancel such product(s).
You release and indemnify GGM Haat and/or any of its officers and representatives from any cost, damage, liability, or other consequence of any of GGM Haat users' actions and expressly waive any claims that you may have in this regard under any applicable law. Despite reasonable efforts, GGM Haat cannot accept responsibility for or control the information provide¬¬¬d by other users and made available on the platform.
USER CONDUCT AND RULES
You are not permitted to host, display, upload, modify, publish, transmit, update, or share any information that:
o which belongs to someone else and which you have no right to.
o Invading another's privacy, being hateful, or racially or ethnically objectionable, disparaging, relating to, or encouraging money laundering or gambling, or otherwise illegal in any way, is misleading in any way.
o This involves the transmission of "junk mail," "chain letters," or unsolicited mass mailings or "spamming".
o promotes illegal activities or conduct that is abusive, threatening, obscene, defamatory, or libellous.
o contains restricted or password-only access pages, or hidden pages or images (those not linked to or from another accessible page).
o provides instructional information about illegal activities such as making or buying illegal weapons, violating someone's privacy, or providing or creating computer viruses.
o contains video, photographs, or images of another person (with a minor or an adult).
o interferes with another user's use and enjoyment of the platform or any other individual's use and enjoyment of similar services.
o infringes any patent, trademark, copyright, or other proprietary rights of a third party's trade secrets or rights of publicity or privacy; or shall not be fraudulent or involve the sale of counterfeit or stolen products.
o It threatens the unity, integrity, defence, security, or sovereignty of India; friendly relations with foreign states; or public order; causes incitement to the commission of any cognizable offence; prevents investigation of any offence; or insults any other nation.
o "Shall not be false, inaccurate or misleading."
You agree not to use the platform for any unlawful or fraudulent purposes that may cause annoyance and inconvenience, violate any company policy or rule, or interrupt or cause the interruption or damage of other GGM Haat users' use.
You agree not to use a false e-mail address, impersonate any person or entity, or otherwise mislead GGM Haat by sharing multiple addresses and phone numbers or transacting with fraudulent intent.
You agree not to use hacking, "password mining," or any other unauthorized means to gain unauthorized access to any portion or feature of the Platform, or any other systems or networks connected to the Platform, or any server, computer, network, or any of the services offered on or through the Platform.
You may not pretend to be, or represent, someone else, or impersonate any other person or entity.
You must follow all applicable domestic laws, rules, and regulations (including the provisions of any applicable exchange control laws or regulations in force).
You will be responsible for providing information about the products or services you intend to sell on a regular basis. In this connection, you undertake that all such information will be accurate in all respects. You must not exaggerate or overemphasise the features of such products or services in order to mislead other users.
You agree not to advertise or solicit other Platform users to buy or sell any products or services, including but not limited to those displayed on the Platform or related to us.
The content posted does not necessarily reflect GGM Haat’s views. GGM Haat will not accept or be liable for any content posted, or for any claims, damages, or losses arising from the use of content and/or the appearance of content on the platform. You hereby represent and warrant that you have all the necessary rights in and to all the content and information you provide, and that such content does not infringe any proprietary or other rights of third parties or contain any libellous, tortious, or otherwise unlawful information.
Please note that you can only use GGM Haat Credits to buy products from your registered account on the GGM Haat app or website. GGM Haat Credits cannot be transferred.
o used for payment of orders placed on other GGM Haat accounts.
o transferred to any other GGM Haat user's account, bank account, or wallet, etc.
GGM Haat may unilaterally terminate your account in any event as mentioned in the Terms of Use under Point No. 4. User Conduct and Rules on the Platform. In such cases, any GGM Haat credits earned as goodwill compensation, through loyalty or referral programmes, promotional campaigns, or through gift cards purchased on other platforms will be forfeited.
